As part of our Monthly WordPress Maintenance package, you’ll receive comprehensive website reports directly to your email. These reports detail all updates, backups, and tasks completed by McHugh Web Services. Additionally, they include in-depth analyses of your website’s performance on both mobile and desktop browsers, SEO scores, and search engine rankings. To ensure optimal performance, we monitor your website with periodic Google PageSpeed tests based on the Core Web Vitals (CWV). These insights are designed to keep you fully informed about the health and performance of your site.
All WordPress, Theme & Plugin Updates
Plugins and themes enable a multitude of functionalities that would otherwise require costly custom development. However, these same plugins and themes can cause compatibility issues that affect almost all WordPress sites. While we cannot guarantee future compatibility with all the software on your site, we ensure that we have complete backups before any updates are made. In case of any issues, these backups allow us to revert to the previous state seamlessly.
Weekly Scheduled Offsite Backups
McHugh Web Services will configure bimonthly systematic backups of your site and database. Your backup will be stored on an off-site server for increased security and as a safeguard against catastrophic failures. Backups are limited to 5GB of storage; if your site requires more, please contact us for a custom service arrangement.
Security Monitoring & Cleanup
Your site will be thoroughly and periodically scanned for any known security issues, which will be promptly addressed to ensure your website remains secure.
Uptime Monitoring
Ensuring your site is always up and running is crucial. We understand that constantly checking your site can be time-consuming. McHugh Web Services will utilize scripts to check your site’s uptime integrity every two minutes. If any issues arise, we’ll be alerted immediately and will begin troubleshooting to restore your site as quickly as possible. Please note that if your website host is facing problems, there may be limited solutions we can provide; however, we will monitor and keep you updated on the host’s progress.
Compatibility with preexisting software for future updates cannot be guaranteed by McHugh Web Services. The monthly maintenance package includes up to 1 hour of service.
